Well, we are back from Idaho and in our new townhouse! It's AWESOME. So much room, I hardly know what to do with it! Zach keeps commenting about how far away from the TV the couch is, and I keep telling him that it's not moving any closer! We painted the living room - thanks to Auty and Loren for the recommendation on the paint color! We love it. I'm going to paint the boys room and our room too, but they will be a little bit. I'm still trying to get the boys back on schedule after all our vacationing!
We had so much fun in Idaho with Zach's family. We took Keegan to the fire station while Bwana was working and we got the full tour! It was really awesome. Keegan even got to see the fire pole and watch the firemen wash the truck and ambulances! Todd and Zach got a great kick out of me putting on Todd's gear. For those of you who aren't familiar with fire trucks, their air packs basically make up the back of their seats. The backrest of the seat has some prongs that hold the oxygen tank in place, so when they jump in the truck, they just stick their arms through the pack straps, cinch it up, and they are ready to go. Anyway, I sat in Todd's seat (being the captain, he gets the front seat! awesome, huh?) and put my arms through the straps, etc etc. Todd tells me "Just lean forward and the tank will pop right out." Yeah right. May I take this moment to remind you all that I did just have a baby 3 months ago, along with major abdominal surgery..... So I lean forward and tried to put a little oomph into it. Todd and Zach bust out laughing as I'm flung back into the seat. Honestly, I think it was glued in. Well, eventually I got it out, but I don't think I've ever seen Todd laugh so hard. Oh well, anything to give him a good laugh, I guess!! It was fun though, Autumn helped me make some baby announcements for Kayden, Keegan loved spending time with Sugar Mama, Bwana, and all his aunts and uncles. We can't wait to get back at Christmas time!
In other news, Kayden weighs 14 lbs!!! WOO-HOO! Shocking isn't it?! I can hardly believe it. He weighs as much as Keegan did at like 6 or 7 months! I'm waiting for it to quit and for him to turn skinny overnight.... We shall see I guess.
Well, I know I don't have hardly any pics with this one, but I promise to get some up soon!!

check it out
My younger (I can't call him little since he is WAY taller than me) brother had his senior pictures taken last week by Missy Cochran. She put up a few on her blog, and they look so cool! Just thought you should all check them out!! http://missycochran.blogspot.com
Happy Birthday Zach!!
Well, today was Zach's birthday! And his sister, Autumn, and his dad, Todd! Yes, amazingly enough, they all share the same birthday. Isn't that cool? Zach has hit the ripe old age of 28, and he looks fabulous ;-) It was fun to celebrate here with his family, we had a barbecue and some ice cream cake that was SO good. Keegan has yet to learn the value of keeping secrets. I took him to the store (Wal-Mart, how I miss them in Oregon! Oregon is so anti wally-world) and we got him a new basketball. Zach called me while I was at the store, and I didn't hear the phone. Keegan did, and he promptly picked it up, answered it and said "daddy we just got you a new basketball for your birthday!!" Oh well. Zach pretended to be excited when he opened it. Keegan was just so excited to get him something I guess! At least Kayden kept it a secret..... along with our trip to wal-mart, we got another flat tire! Thankfully, when I got Keegan out of the car, he pointed it out to me. It wasn't totally flat, just getting precariously low. So we called Daddy and Bwana (Zach's dad's name - pronounced Buh-wana) and they came and switched cars so that they could go get it fixed. Yet again, I am SO glad it didn't happen while we were actually on our way home. This evening we topped it off with a viewing of Invincible, which Zach also got for his birthday. The cool thing is, the Beattie parents have an awesome set-up in their basement. They have a projector, surround sound, and the most comfy couches I have ever sat in. It's the best movie theater EVER. Well, I'm still waiting on some pictures from Auty & Loren's camera - I've got to get a hold of it and get some pictures up!
Happy Birthday to Zach, Auty, and Todd!!

Marathon!!!
Well, today Zach ran the Top of Utah Marathon. And holy cow he did AWESOME!!! He ran the marathon in 3 hours 56 minutes!!! AMAZING! I am so proud of him, especially for him training at such a low elevation and then coming to Utah and running at 5000 feet! His first marathon he ran in 4 hours and 12 minutes, so we shaved off a lot of time! We are SOOOOOO proud of him, I really am so amazed that he ran it so well. I was worried that the elevation change would be tough for him, but he did great! Well, we are back here in Idaho Falls now and Zach is recovering well. OH yeah, guess what? In the madness of our townhouse after the move (thanks to the Glasmann family and the many friends in our ward for all the wonderful help) I FORGOT OUR CAMERA!!! I was so crushed. I took lots of pictures with Autumn and Loren's camera, so I will have to load them on to Zach's laptop and get some pics up!!

Waterskiing
This last weekend, Zach and I took our last (and only) chance to go waterskiing! Well, I didn't go waterskiing, but I would have if I hadn't had a baby just a short while ago. I wish I could have! Oh well. We came down to my parents house and took the boat out to Fern Ridge Reservoir outside of Eugene OR. It was awesome! Keegan had fun riding on the boat. He was a little nervous at first, but with Grandma and I holding his hands, he ended up having a good time and even put his feet in the water. Zach and my dad got out on the surfboard, and Zach did some slalom skiing. My dad grew up surfing on the east coast, and loves it still, so he likes to surf behind the boat since it is usually all he has time for.
Also, we got a flat tire! Yippee. Thank heavens it happened now, instead of while we are on our way to Idaho. Yes, this week is THE week. We are moving to a townhouse on Wednesday and driving to Idaho on Thursday. Yes, we are insane. Thanks for asking. We went to church with my family and arrived back at the farm. When I got out of the car I thought I heard a stranged hissing sound.... Somewhere along the way, we hit something that poked a fabulous hole in our left front tire and I could put my hand over it and feel the air coming out. It was blowing pretty good too, so about 20 minutes after we got home our tire was flatter than flat. SUPER. My drive back home will be delayed tomorrow until I can get our tire fixed. Did I mention I haven't started packing anything at our apartment yet?
Well, the next time you hear from us, we will probably be in Idaho and Zach will be a marathon-ER, not just someone who ran a marathon. Cross your fingers and say your prayers that we get moved into our townhouse with everything in one piece - and I don't mean just our furniture.

Our cute boys!!

This morning before church we were able to grab a few pics of the boys in their Sunday duds. I don't mean to be arrogant or anything, but DANG we make some cute boys over here!!
