- My house is quiet. Really quiet. It's nap time and I love that. I love the loud, boisterous boys that I have, but I love the quiet too. It rejuvenates me.
- Making pancakes Saturday morning. Daddy was gone at a Boy Scout campout and it was just me and my 3 little men. It was actually really fun. The highlight? Having Kayden stand next to me on his stool while I turned pancakes (his all-time favorite) saying "Coop and fwip!" in his adorable voice every time. I adore hearing him talk right now.
- On that note, I love everything he says. Aside from the ever-present "NO" that rears it's ugly head now and then, I love to hear him say things. He over-enunciates almost everything. "Sha-DOW." He is obsessed with his shadow. I think it's because it was finally sunny and he could see his shadow. We chase it, and for some reason, we never seem to catch it.....
- Watching Keegan play with Kayden. Finally. I have waited for this for so long. Being a little farther apart, it has taken them a while to get to the point where they have fun playing together, instead of fighting. Sometimes I have to stop and remind myself that their wild and crazy playing is good - I used to be on their case about getting along. Now I start to get on their case about separating them if they can't stop tickling each other. I'm so thankful they enjoy being together.
- Another thing I love? Listening to them talk. Keegan loves to read, and almost every day will ask Kayden "want me to read you a book?" I.LOVE.IT. Hearing them communicate together is so sweet and sometimes, so hilarious.
- I love my burrito baby. Kyler loves to be swaddled, and I think he looks adorable with just his chubby cheeks spilling out onto his blanket all wrapped around him. I love his rolls, his smiles, his little coos when I look at him. I love our nursing time. He loves to smile and talk to me and it just makes my day. His brothers love him and that makes me incredibly happy.
- How tired Zach and I are. I'm hoping that someday, the evenings won't find us both crashed on the couch after the older Ks are in bed. Every night, Zach and I usually have something we would like to accomplish, but instead, we just sit down and before we know it, I'm waking up Zach and telling him I'm going to bed. Who said married people are boring?? Obviously we are thrilling...........
- How thankful I am to be a stay-at-home Mom. I love it. Maybe I'm not pursuing a post-doc, or even a doctorate, or bringing home the dough, but that is absolutely ok with me. I love snuggling with Kyler, playing cars with Kayden, and hearing about Keegan's day at school.

Wow, you summed that up so well. It's so true about being tired. And how each added child adds more exhaustion. It sounds like your nights are exactly like ours. I can't believe how big the boys look, especially Keegan. I am glad the boys are keeping you on your toes--oh the joys of being mommy.
